Just standing, walking and transferring, has given me a HUGE headache, knee pain, back pain, wrist pain and has sapped me of my energy. Perhaps the the different kind of pains were not brought about by today's activities(which i highly reckon). But i know for sure that transferring a very weak patient gave me a terrible bad headache. *hmm* I'm so tired for some reason, and i hope i won't be tossing and turning in bed again just to get some shuteye...
