Today was a hell out of long day. I got little highly-strung, but it got better as the hours passed. Thank goodness for the term break next week. I need a breather from these kids ya...

Rough week coming up. Rehearsals almost everyday with the 'big guy'. Tsktsk... Not looking forward to it all. Can't wait for this performance to be over and done with. Has caused me quite a bit of distress. Then perhaps i can concentrate more with my upcoming clinicals and other priorities.


I caught SDT's Season of Brilliance. I wouldn't say i thoroughly enjoyed it because i dozed off during Glow Stop. I was excited to watch Concerto Barocco, but what i felt was that the dancers felt a little uncomfortable doing Balanchine. I mean, his style is so different yes? Especially the corps. Ginny Gan has improved quite a fair bit, and i really love Chihiro!!! She's damn good, as usual. All the usual principals are gone! Hai Ying, Natalie, Toru... All gone!!! The ones who have been around for long are Zhou Lin, Xiao Mi and Sakura. Zhao Jun pulled off 4 attitude en dehor pirouettes! WTF! I think they'll get quite a good review anyhow, in Life section, perhaps on tuesday... Don't like UCC as a performance venue!
