Anti-Americanism

I'm utterly disturbed by the McDonald's advert for the Olympics, where the song 'The more we get together' is sung. I don't know why. It just gets me.

Dad, bro and i had a conversation over lunch today. Dad's anti-China, for some very strong reasons over unity. But i had to refute that China is still a lesser evil than USA. Pardon me, but i'm anti-america. Maybe not as a geographical location, but rather, their ideals, their people, and their politicians. Surely they have their 'good guys' like Michael Moore, Al Gore etc. But for the larger part, they have their antagonists. Sometimes i'd like to think of Bush as the American version of Stalin. I really can't wait to see the Bush Administration step down(although i'm quite saddened by the fact that Condelezza Rice has to too) and for the Democrats to step in. Whether it'll make any difference in the country's policies and ideals, that remains to be seen.

Right... Jihadist? No way.
