Glad to say that i finished up my 3 week stint in the onco ward! Teaching wasn't all that bad on Saturday, because i wasn't actually dreading it, and even overslept on that day itself!!!
I went to the dentist after teaching cos' we made an appointment with the oral surgeon to take out my hidden impacted wisdom tooth. He took out another one that had already appeared. So both on the same side. The extraction was ok. It's the 'surgery' that has my left side of the face swollen and a little bruised. How unfortunate! But thankfully, the only real pain i got was from the injections of local anaesthetic(damn painful can!!!)... I'm still not having any pain, but it's also cos' i'm taking Panadeine very faithfully, plus Danzen and Arcoxia. I have another course of amoxicillin *aargh* and i really don't want to take it!!! But for now, it's actually doing well, considering that i thought i would be in pain for a few days... I'm eating semi-solid food too! ;) Just hoping the swelling will go down quickly. The bruise, sad to say, will only fade in 2 weeks or so. :(
