*rrrrrrip!*

I did the most unfathomable thing today. I don't know what's worse- this or tattoo/piercing.

Ok. I went WAXING!!! *woohoo!* And down south of course. Let's just call it BW(brazilian wax) and don't ask why i did it. I just had to, plus i wanted to wax my legs but they didn't have enough time... All in all, i did it on a whim and only actually got scared on the bed!

I did it at Pink Parlour after i called them up today. Only did research last night and decided not to do BW in Strip cos' of many bad reviews(though there were good ones too)... Pink Parlour's BW uses hot wax and is cheap at $49 with 20% off for 1st-timers. :) Plus all the good reviews!

Marina Square's branch is really small, to my surprise. I should try Liang Court next time. I didn't get a good first impression cos' my waxing therapist was quite blunt and sounded apathetic. But i tried to chat with her during the whole session, and she ain't that bad afterall. The treatment room is really small! :(

The whole process i guess... Is PAINFUL. I was having muscle spasms whenever she ripped some wax off cos' it hurt like fucking hell. And this hurts more than tattooing... Like seriously. But the pain is only for a short while and isn't long lasting. Tweezing hairs that the wax doesn't get is also very painful! :'(

I actually would say i would go back for the same therapist, but when i got home i realised she didn't clean me up properly and there was still tiny bits of wax left on me! :\ But i really don't know what are the actual standards elsewhere, so for now, i'd give Pink Parlour a thumbs up! :) Gonna try their main branch next time!

The aftercare lotion i bought to prevent ingrown hair was like twice the price of my BW! It was $78.*jaw* But i'll do anything to prevent it cos' i'm so damn prone to ingrown hairs!

Gonna wax my legs next!
