Omg. We're damn sian of shopping. Whoever gets sick of retail therapy? I think it must be because we're running low on 'gas'. We went to Dubai again, and as usual, our cab driver kept getting lost. We directed him to 2 locations today. But we can't blame him. He's an Abu Dhabi driver... He's really funny, but we don't really understand his English as he's Pakistani...
I only bought some souvenirs and stuff from BOOTS! I HEART BOOTS! :))) It's like our Watsons, only 10x better. :) I bought Fastum(Ketoprofen) gel for like S$20 thereabouts for such a large tube! :) As well as Tresemme shampoo and conditioner also at the same price. Moreover they're 900mls each, and will last us a looooooooong time. Better be good though!
*sighsies* I have problem buying things for friends and classmates. It's so straightforward buying gifts for the older generation- dates and nuts will suffice! For us youngsters... Hmm... I wanted to buy locally made jewellery, but NOTHING here looks nice. Wtf. I think i'll just buy chocs or something back. There isn't really anything that i can buy en masse and not go broke, while it being unique to UAE.

my mum is a boots freak too! buy 1 get 1 free in BKK. she ditched clothes and bought boots like mad haha
i love BOOTS!!! same with OZ's priceline!!! they're gems!!! and like 100x better than Watsons. :) not surprised if ur mum did that! :)
