Today's special: Left 1st/2nd tarsometatarsal joint inflammation!
Sometimes i cannot differentiate between myalgia and arthralgia. My calves and feet are aching from walking the whole day in my new Nine West wedges. And in the process of teaching, it felt like the TMT joint was hurting. I couldn't really tell because the myalgia was more predominant. 1 important determining factor is the presence of rubor(redness) over the foot. I've only had it once or twice. So i'm actually surprised this came in such a quiet period of my RA. Hmm...
